On January 2011, With a small capital investment I started a LAN center on Fresno California. The idea was a hit since day one. On the inauguration we had a full house. The place is currently competing with some similar business on the area, however on a few months we were able to get over 250 accounts. Cyber Arena is currently doing great in comparison to similar business

U.S. Milk Product Development and Placement

Early on 2009, I had the opportunity to bring a brand of formula milk from the U.S. market to the Peruvian market. I was able to research brands and types of formula milk sold at the North American market ,and find a manufacturer that would be able to export to Peru. After a few months of negotiation, Dropesac was able to be among the first companies that brought U.S. baby formula to the Peruvian market.
During this project we had to differentiate our-self from other baby formula providers from China, and we also  had to differentiate from multinational companies as Nestle. The marketing team developed a brand that not only emphasize on the origin of the milk, but the unique selling proposition, becoming the first one that had omega 3 component on the Peruvian Market. Dropesac faced another problem when we had a national competitor bringing the product from the same manufacturer, with a different brand. Dropesac response was to design the product as a complementary of breast feeding, while the other company design look like a prescribed milk. During the following months, our design had better acceptance on the Peruvian market.

Ebay Powerseller

Becoming a poweseller on ebay is not easy, specially on the industry I am part of. Since the average price of the item my company sells is 30 dollars, you have to make several sales in order to complete the quota ebay sets for the seller. Its easy for me to reach those levels now, however on December of 2007 I was part of the powerseller community, which means you reached high customer satisfaction, and you sell in a constant bases. The powerseller offered alot of privileges I was part of; until a few months later I decided to make more of my sales trought a personal website. Currently I am not longer part of this community, however I still sell on ebay some products, but most of my sales happen at my website.


Rvix Store Web Development.

Rvix Store was my first webpage offering action figures and statues based on animation. I started selling the figures as a hobby, but after realizing how the figure or statues could lose or earn value like stocks, i decided to try my predictions on ebay. After some years on ebay, I learned that having your own website is actually more profitable than selling on ebay. The design of the website was simple, but adding 800 products to my catalog was time consuming. My major challenge was to look for keywords that people would use in order to find my products, some of my best items actually sell better than my competitors because the customer found me first. The website receives over 1200 vistist monthly, which creates revenue trough my advertisement. Keeping the store prices competite is the biggest challenge, since price wars and liquidation prices happen all the time on the internet market. R


Youtube Partner Program

This is probably the least expected benefit i got without asking. I started to make videos about how to start your internet or ebay business on November 2007. I wanted to explain everybody what I was doing differently than other ebayers in order to make more sales. I grabbed an old camara, and with no script and with no idea of exactly what i was going to say I upload my first video that become viral about 2 years later. I became a youtube partner on early 2010, so i monetize from my first video. I currently have almost 300 subscribers, and on my fist video i was able to get almost 21 000 views. I currently have 17 videos, where i give marketing ideas for internet retailers.


Royal Prestige

Sales representative was my beginnig as a marketer. Royal prestige sells expensive cookware from door to door and using cold sales techniques. I worked with them for almost a year. The most famous quote i learned in that company was: "If you learn how to sell, you will never be poor" This quote was true, only one catch, if you stop selling, you forget how to sell it. I became a number 1 sales representative for a few months. Thanks to that achievement I became Joint venture, however after analysing my situation at the company I decided it was not the company I wanted to spend my life with. I quit the company and went back to school on 2007 to persuit a Marketing career.
